Our Story
Complete was founded by Sayawni Lassiter, a former Division 1 athlete who turned her personal struggles into a mission to transform the athletic experience. As a basketball player at Florida State, Rutgers, and the University of Rhode Island, Sayawni faced physical challenges from multiple ACL injuries and wrestled with the often-overlooked aspects of mental health and nutrition.
Realizing there was no single platform to support athletes’ holistic well-being while streamlining program operations, she set out to create one. In 2024, Complete was born—a platform built by an athlete, for athletes and administrators. By integrating physical, mental, and nutritional tools with operational efficiency, Complete ensures that no athlete or program has to navigate these challenges alone. Sayawni’s vision is simple: empower every athlete and program to thrive, together.
